How to Get Started
We're thrilled you are considering Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy! Follow the steps below to submit your application.
Our Application Testing Policy
As we work to be more equitable and inclusive, we have officially adopted a test blind policy. Day school applicants will no longer be required to submit standardized test scores (HSPT, ISEE, SSAT) to complete their application.
In-person Essay Writing Session (Required for all applicants)
All applicants applying for admission must sit for the in-person essay writing session on either January 11th or January 25th.
Application for the 2025-26 school year opens October 1!
Day applicant: submit your online application and documents through TOLOGNET.
Boarding applicant: you have the option of submitting Flintridge Sacred Heart’s application noted on our website or submitting the Standard Application Online (SAO). If you are having difficulties logging in or need to request your login information, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@fsha.org.
Applicants for whom English is not their first language must also submit one of the following minimum scores in order to meet the English proficiency requirement for admission:
Official school transcripts must be sent directly from all schools you have attended. After you submit your application, log back into the admission portal and download the transcript request form to give to your school. Your school must submit your transcript by email at admissions@fsha.org.
Once your online application has been submitted, return to our application portal and view My Application - Admissions Progress where you will have the option to request recommendations from your teachers and principal. Teachers and principal will then be provided with instructions on how to complete their requested recommendations online.
Once the Admission Office has received your completed application, we will contact you to schedule an interview time with parents/guardians and the student. Interviews will be completed by the application deadline of January 15.
Each year, we welcome transfer students entering the tenth and eleventh grades. Please follow the admission steps noted above. Email admissions@fsha.org with any questions.
Flintridge Sacred Heart provided me endless opportunities to explore my passions both inside and outside the classroom. I had the opportunity to work on projects at JPL, attend international conferences discussing global challenges, and perform at a high level both academically and athletically. In the theater, on the field, and in the classroom, I have grown tremendously and am so grateful to have had my experiences here on the Hill.
